In 1897 Valley View Lutheran Cemetery was created by the two Lutheran Churches in Silverton, Oregon; Trinity Lutheran Church and St. John's Lutheran Church, which later became Immanuel Lutheran Church. The land for the cemetery has been generously donated by the Loe Family. Back in the beginning it was a "Lutheran Cemetery", and many generations of Lutheran Families are laid to rest there. Over time, Valley View has opened up to anyone, regardless of the status of their denomination. Valley View is managed by the Association of Trinity and Immanuel Lutheran Churches, and we are honored to care for this beautiful place and the people who are laid to rest here.  Please reach out and schedule an appointment with us to go over your options for your loved ones.
